Alex Crabbe (29) has been elected President of the Bournemouth and District Junior Lawyers Division for the next year.

And he intends to make wellbeing in the legal profession one of his top priorities.

Alex, who studied law at Cardiff University, joined Rawlins Davy as a paralegal in 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in September.

He said: “I am proud to be given the faith of local junior lawyers in representing their interests and look forward to working with our superb committee in meeting the challenges COVID-19 presents to our profession now and in the future.

“One of my top priorities will be addressing issues of wellbeing in the legal profession particularly among junior lawyers. This is more important than ever, for reasons obvious to all.”

Alex also wants to establish even stronger links with law undergraduates and others aspiring to join the profession.

Alex has also just established and heads up a new landlord and tenant department at Rawlins Davy.
