Thanks to Bournemouth Town Centre BID and THIS Event Co, there is going to be a giant slide coming to Bournemouth this Bank Holiday. Martin Davies, the Managing Director of Rawlins Davy, sits on the board of the Bournemouth Town Centre BID, and helped bring this fantastic event to Bournemouth. The slide will even run past our offices!
The SLIDE events’ main feature is the 120m long waterslide that runs from the top of Richmond Hill. Here you can enjoy 2:45 hours of unlimited sliding. If you don’t fancy getting wet, there’s plenty of room for spectators, but don’t stand in the SPLASH zone!
There is more than just a slide at this event. Throughout Richmond Hill on Sunday, you’ll find food stalls, hot tub, VIP zone, DJ booth, bars and much more. This is a great place to unwind and enjoy the bank holiday.
This event is evidence of the great improvements Bournemouth Town Centre BID, along with Martin’s help, is making to Bournemouth and local businesses. The BID aims to make the town centre a better place for visitors, local residents and business. Having the slide on Richmond Hill means a great, fun day out for locals/visitors, as well as a good day for local businesses.
