Administration of Estates
Administration of Estates and Probate is the administering of the estate of someone who has died. Either where they have died intestate by obtaining letters of administration, or where they have made a will by obtaining probate of the will.
It is then the process of collecting assets, paying of the liabilities and ensuring that the money that is left offer is properly applied either in accordance with the terms of the will or the intestacy rules depending on which applies.
Administration of Trusts
We can also deal with the Administration of Trusts. These are trusts that are either set up by people in their lifetime, or in a will and continue after the administration of the estate has been completed. For example, in the case of a minor child we will complete the administration of the estate and then out of the will their will be an ongoing trust until that child reaches the age of inheritance.
